Thus Far stores your memories on your iPhone first. You do not need an account or internet connection to begin. The local database is encrypted with a key held in your device’s Keychain.

What is Thus Far?
Thus Far is a private Christian journal for iPhone. Save a prayer or meaningful moment, then add what happened later. Your first entry always stays as you wrote it.
Does Thus Far work offline?
Yes. You can save and read memories, use Scripture, and browse your archive on your device. You do not need an account or internet connection to make your first entries.
Can anyone at Thus Far read my journal?
Your archive is encrypted on your iPhone. If you turn on backup, Thus Far encrypts the data before uploading it. The backup service receives ciphertext rather than readable memories.
Is this only for answered prayers?
No. Thus Far can hold ordinary mercies, questions, sermon notes, Bible study, family moments, and stories that are still unresolved. You do not have to give an unfinished story a tidy ending.
Which devices are supported?
The private beta is for iPhone and requires iOS 17 or later. Thus Far has not announced support for other platforms.
